Sandringham December 2024
We were keen to try out our new motorhome. Booked onto the Camping and Caravanning Club site at Sandringham. Despite cold, wet weather there were about half a dozen other motorhomes and caravans there. When we came to leave someone had arrived and pitched a tent!
By the time we had booked in, got organised and had a late lunch it was beginning to go dark. Too wet and muddy for a walk in the woods so we relaxed in the van, doing puzzles, listening to music and reading. It was warm and cosy with the blown air central heating.
Next day drove to Hunstanton. Car park was virtually empty. We realised why when we saw the price! Drove out of the town and parked on the road alongside the cliff. Everybody else seemed to be doing the same.
Had a lovely walk along the cliff path and through the gardens. Had lunch at Fishers Restaurant before returning to the campsite.
